Maple Glazed Salmon is a dish where salmon fillets are coated in a sweet and savory maple syrup glaze, then baked or pan-seared until caramelized and tender.
Ingredients
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced, optional
¼ tsp sea salt
1 pound salmon
Preparation
Stir maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and sea salt together in a small bowl.
Cut salmon into 4 equal-sized filets; place in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400° F
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake salmon uncovered until flesh easily flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
