About the Recipe

Maple Glazed Salmon is a dish where salmon fillets are coated in a sweet and savory maple syrup glaze, then baked or pan-seared until caramelized and tender.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced, optional

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • 1 pound salmon

Preparation

  • Stir maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and sea salt together in a small bowl.

  • Cut salmon into 4 equal-sized filets; place in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake salmon uncovered until flesh easily flakes with a fork, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
