Maple Glazed Salmon, along with Hasselback style potatoes and green beans This is a great weeknight meal. Let’s get started!

Ingredients
● 1⁄4 cup maple syrup or honey
● 2 tbsp soy sauce
● 1 clove garlic, minced, optional
● 1⁄4 tsp sea salt
● 1 pound salmon
Preparation
● Stir maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic,
and sea salt together in a small
bowl.
● Cut salmon into 4 equal-sized filets;
place in a shallow glass baking dish
and coat with maple syrup mixture.
Cover the dish and marinate salmon
in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
● Preheat the oven to 400° F
● Place the baking dish in the
preheated oven and bake salmon
uncovered until flesh easily flakes
with a fork, about 15 minutes. Serve
immediately.
