About the Recipe

Ingredients
● 2 cups AP flour
● 1 tsp baking soda
● Pinch of salt
● 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
● 1 cup sugar
● 2 eggs
● 2 bananas, mashed
● 1 tsp vanilla
● 1⁄4 cups walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
● Preheat the oven to 350° F.
● Shift together flour, baking soda and
salt - set aside.
● Cream butter; gradually beat in
sugar. Add eggs one at a time
beating well after each addition.
● Add banana, vanilla and milk. Mix well.
● Add dry ingredients alternately with
milk, beating well after each
addition.
● Pour into two small greased loaf
pans or one large pan 9x5x3.
● Sprinkle nuts over top of loaf, tap
nuts lightly to cover with mix.
● Bake at 350° F for 1 hour or until
done. Remove from the pan and
cool thoroughly before slicing.
